Ms. Kristina Herrera has been with the Deer Oaks Account Management Team for over 3 years. Kristina serves as an Account Manager for over 45 organizations providing one-on-one tailored support. Her role includes assisting contracted organizations with developing initiatives that assist in the prevention and management of personnel behavioral health issues that adversely impact the workplace. In addition, Ms. Herrera implements specialty programs that meet the needs of her clients. Kristina also actively participates in the Employee Assistance Professionals Association (EAPA).
