Carolyn Knowles, M.P.S., Senior Account Manager, assists in the oversight of Deer Oaks account management services. She’s been with the company since 2009, and has over 13 years of experience in the employee assistance program field including as a former Certified Employee Assistance Professional. In her role, Ms. Knowles provides supervision, training, and support for the Deer Oaks account management team.

In addition, Ms. Knowles provides account management services for many of Deer Oaks’ key clients throughout the United States.
